Mitchell J. Rabil, Esq., CPA Mitchell J. Rabil is engaged in providing legal advice on business transactions of all types including organization, reorganization, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, and public and private financing, with emphasis on taxes and laws regulating the sale of securities. He is also experienced, and provides services in financial and estate planning and estate administration, tax exempt organizations and employee benefit matters. Mr. Rabil has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1966. He has been admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and the District of Columbia and, in addition, has been admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Tax Court and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Mr. Rabil practiced as a tax attorney in the office of the Regional Counsel of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in New York City. He also served as Attorney/CPA and Financial Analyst with the Corporation Finance Division and Trading Exchange Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He had previously served as a Supervisory Accountant with the U.S. General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C., and prior to that, was a public accountant with A.M. Pullen & Co., C.P.A.s, in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (with distinction) and the Georgetown University Law Center where he earned his law degree and served on the staff of the Georgetown Law Journal. He is a member of the Camden County, Burlington County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He is a founder and past chairman of the Tax Committee of the Camden County Bar Association and a member of the Tax Section and Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association. He has also been a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar Association and is currently a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and serves as a member of the Investment Company Committee of its Corporate, Business and Banking Law Section. In addition, he is a Member of the Board and a Past-President of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, Inc., and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (Southwest Jersey Chapter), and a former member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Rabil has served as Chairman of the Annual Meeting Program of the ABA Section of International Law and as Vice Chairman of the Section's International Economic Organizations and International Finance Transactions Committees. He has also been a delegate to the U.S./China Joint Session on Trade, Investment and Economic Law.
Mr. Rabil has been profiled in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in America and has been published and lectured locally and nationally on taxes, securities and estate planning matters. Donald L. Kingett, Esq., CPA, M.S. Tax, LL.M. Tax Mr. Kingett’s areas of practice include elder law, asset protection planning, estate planning and administration, IRS controversies, business law and real estate. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, his Masters in Taxation from Drexel University, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. Robert A. Stewart, Esq., LL.M. Tax Robert A. Stewart offers over twenty years of tax and pension law experience to our clients. Bob concentrates in the taxation of corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, estate planning and administration, as well as ERISA issues. Mr. Stewart has become a frequent speaker on Wills and probate matters, having co-hosted the talk radio show, “Legally Speaking,” broadcast on WSNJ, 1240 AM from Bridgeton, New Jersey. Recently, Bob has been speaking in southern New Jersey to audiences of PNC Bank customers on estate planning and family wealth protection as part of a joint effort with the bank’s financial consultants. While at the Cherry Hill, New Jersey law firm of Myers, Matteo, Rabil & Norcross, Bob was the principal author of the firm’s tax opinions for various business ventures including oil and gas exploration and textiles research and development. Most recently Bob authored this firm’s tax opinion on the merger of two mutual fund families. Mr. Stewart is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University and earned his law degree from the Widener University School of Law. He also holds a Masters of Arts in English Literature from Villanova University, a Masters of Law (Taxation) from the Villanova Law School and completed the art education program at the Barnes Foundation in Merion, Pennsylvania. Mr. Stewart is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A long time resident of Philadelphia, Bob offers tax advice and his services as an attorney to residents who cannot afford a tax lawyer through Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (Philadelphia V.I.P.) John J. Kozielec, Esq. Mr. Kozielec is a graduate of Seton Hall University and earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. He has more than 20 years of estate, pension, business and tax law experience, representing individuals as well as large and small businesses. Mr. Kozielec's areas of practice include estate planning and administration, retirement planning, elder law, and real estate. Mr. Kozielec is a member of the New Jersey Bar. |
